Delivery times for Standard Massage Bed's (No logo and Basic Colours) is approx 1-2 weeks.

Delivery Time for a Custom logo is approx 2-3 weeks.

If you do order a custom logo chair, our team will be in contact with you the next working day to get your high-quality logo. 

Certain products on our online store are non-returnable, so please refer to ‘Section 2’ to see if this applies to your order.

For other items at RecoverFit, you are able to return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging (with no damage/defects to the product box).
• Items must have all plastic wrapping and protective screens in tack (where applicable)

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable! 

For instructions on how to return your items, please refer to ‘Section 4’ of our returns policy. Any orders on/under the value of £100 will be deducted of a £1.99 administration fee when refunding to the customer account.
