How does RecoverFit Trade-In work?

Our Upgrade / Selling / Trade-In service works in 4 really easy steps...

• Message us via our webchat, or via email: support@recoverfit.co.uk. Provide images and proof of purchase if possible.
• We will then get in touch with you, with your customised quote!
• If you want to proceed, you send us your product to be tested.
• Depending on what payment option you choose, payment will be made accordingly.

Please note, due to market demand, condition and product specification, RecoverFit may not offer you the ability to use this service.

What are my payment options?

We offer 3 options:

1. Upgrade and trade-in 

We will give you the trade-in valuation as a discount against the new product you want to purchase

• You identify the new product you want.
• You send us your product
• Our technicians will test your product
• If its as described:
• We will send you a custom link with the discount added to the new product you are wanting to buy.

2. Get an instant cash valuation

Our most quick and easy option

• You send us your product
• Our technicians will test your product
• If its as described:
• We send you your money via bank transfer.

3. Sale or Return

With this option, you may get a little more money for your product.

• You send us your product
• Our technicians will test your product
• If its as described:
• Our team will photograph it and advertise it online
• Once we have sold your product and received the money
• We send you your money via bank transfer.
• If for whatever reason we don't sell it, we will return the item to you.
