RecoverFit Incentivized Survey Prize Draw
Terms & Conditions

By taking part in this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in this prize draw.
THE PRIZE DRAW
1.1. The promoter is RecoverFit (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1.3. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
1.4. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Typeform and by participating in this prize draw you agree to a complete release of Typeform from any claims arising out of or in connection with this prize draw.

HOW TO ENTER
2.1. On 01.02.2023., we will announce the prize draw via email.
2.2. To enter the prize draw you must: (i) fill out the survey hosted on Typeform platform; (ii) provide your name and email address at the end of the survey; between 27.01.2023. and 31.01.2023.
2.3. Entries that are late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for a technical or other reason will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
3.1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to participate in the prize draw.
3.2. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who violates these terms and conditions.
3.3. Our employees (and their immediate family) and those of our group companies, or anyone directly associated with us or the administration of the prize draw, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
3.4. Entrants must have a valid email address to participate in the prize draw.
3.5. Entrants must also reside within countries eligible to receive deliveries from us – if you reside within a country in which we cannot deliver, you are ineligible to participate in the prize draw.
3.6. In entering the prize draw, you agree and hereby confirm that: i) your entry is original, has not been copied and/or does not otherwise infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and (ii) your entry does not cause, or is unlikely (in our reasonable opinion) to cause distress and/ or offense to any person, group of people and/or the public.
3.7. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3.8. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions, or who attempts to cheat or cheat the system in any way.
PRIZE
4.1. There will be 3 winners in total who will each receive 1 gift card worth £100.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
4.3. The winners will be selected at random by an independent third party after the closing date.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
5.1. The winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date and will be required to respond within 14 days to claim the prize.
5.2. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.
5.3. The winners must provide their full name, email address, and delivery address to claim the prize.
5.4. The prize will be dispatched within 28 days of the winner providing their details.
DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
6.1. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by us or our agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw.
6.2. We will only use the personal information you provide to us to notify you if you have won the prize and for any other purposes as set out in these terms and conditions or as set out in our privacy policy.
6.3. The winners' names and country of residence will be announced on our website and may be published on our social media platforms.
6.4. The winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
LIABILITY
7.1. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
7.2. We further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw.
GOVERNING LAW
8.1. We reserve all rights (at our sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria is met and/or to disqualify you from the prize draw and remove your entry post if: (i) your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw, or (ii) in our opinion you've breached any of these terms and conditions.
8.2. By entering the prize draw, you agree to release and hold harmless RecoverFit and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant's participation in the prize draw and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (including any travel related thereto) and/or from any and all claims of third parties arising there from.
8.3. We are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the prize draw or in the announcement of the prize.
8.4. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, misaddressed, incomplete, illegible or late entries, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone or transmission failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the processing of entries.
8.5. If for any reason the prize draw is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of RecoverFit
8.6 Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the company be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the service.
8.7 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold the company, its affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Service and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
8.8 No Waiver. The failure of the company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
8.9 Governing Law. This Agreement and the relationship between you and the company shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8.10 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the company and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of this Agreement).
8.11 Changes to the Agreement. The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, the company will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the company's sole discretion.

8.13. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and European Union who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
8.14. The prize draw will run from 27.01.2023. to 31.01.2023.. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.
8.15. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any additional entries will be disqualified.
8.16. The prize for the winner will be 1 gift card worth £100 . The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered.
8.17. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The decision of RecoverFit is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.18. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, another winner will be chosen.
8.19. The winner's name will be announced via email on 01.02.2023..
8.20. The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw, which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
8.21. By entering the prize draw, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8.22. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and European Union.
8.23. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
